当今社会,近视发生率越来越高,有研究表明,到年,将有47.6亿人患有近视,9.4亿人患有高度近视。而高度近视是视力损害的重要原因。高度近视常伴出现多种眼部合并症,包括后巩膜葡萄肿、视网膜下新生血管、黄斑萎缩、视网膜劈裂、视网膜脱离及青光眼等,会导致不可逆性的视力损伤。因此,预防高度近视到病理性近视的发生发展至关重要,探索高度近视发生的机制及影响因素至关重要。

摘要
PURPOSE
Toinvestigatevasculature-functionandstructure-functionrelationshipinhealthymyopiceyesusingopticalcoherencetomographyangiography(OCT-A),opticalcoherencetomography(OCT)andmicroperimetry(MAIA).
目的:采用光学相干断层血管造影(OCTA)、光学相干层析成像(OCT)和微视野成像(MAIA)技术,探讨健康近视眼血管功能与结构功能之间的关系。
MEHTOD
Atotalofeyesfromparticipantswereenrolledinthisstudy.Subjectsdividedintothreegroupsbasedonrefractivestatus:lowmyopia(LM)(-3.00D≤sphericalequivalent,SE≤-0.50D),moderatemyopia(MM)(-6.00D≤SE-3.00D)andhighmyopia(HM)(SE-6.00D).Thevesseldensity(VD),retinalthickness(RT)andlightsensitivity(LS)wereevaluatedusingOCT-A,OCTandMAIA.Theglobalandregionalvasculature-functionandstructure-functionrelationshipwereevaluatedbythesemi-partialcorrelationanalysisaccordingtoETDRSgrid.Theuni-andmultivariatelinearregressionmodelswereperformedusingLSasthedependentvariableandcovariates,includedage,gender,intraocularpressure(IOP),axiallength(AL),SE,ganglioncell
